Fun & Easy Cooking Lessons
You can learn to cook one or two of your favourite dishes within an hour with tuition as low as $10. So, you will be able to enjoy your new cooking skills. In the meantime, you can also treat your friends -- It is not a dream ··· any more.

Ottawa Chinese Cooking Studio helps make your dream come true. We teach you Chinese, Japanese and Thai cooking. In our cooking classes, we show and teach cooking skills, and talk about culture. Students could be "hands-on" or just watch and learn, it's up to you.

Each class is full of fun and information, and everyone can see, hear, taste and ask questions. As always, students are welcome to eat during the period of cooking, and then to take home afterwards.

We provide the following:
  1. Copies of the detailed recipes of the dishes being taught;
  2. Some complimentaries, such as rice, tea, drinks, chili sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger, and fortune cookies;
  3. All necessary stuff for eating in class and food containers for take-home. Students are welcome to bring their own containers for  take-home if wary of styrofoam ones we provide;
  4. Names and locations of stores where selling the ingredients you need for your cooking at home.
With detailed recipes of the dishes being taught, students will be able to cook independently at home.
Most cooking classes we have offered were private ones, but we generally hold a few scheduled cooking classes monthly. Please email us for registration and inquiries.
